Great for kids or for your inner child . Ingredients:
1 banana |
1/2 cup 1% fat cottage cheese (or non-fat yogurt) |
fresh blueberries or raspberries or sliced strawberry |
1/4 cup granola cereal (without coconut) |
Directions:
1. Peel banana and slice in galf lengthwise. Place in a serving dish. 2. Mound cottage cheese in center and sprinkle with berries and granola. |
