A rich and refreshing orange and cherry combo! Ingredients:
3/4 cup soymilk |
3/4 cup orange juice, chilled |
3/4 cup unsweetened pitted frozen dark sweet cherries, whole |
1 medium carrot, cut up and chilled |
1/4 cup soft tofu |
1 tablespoon honey (optional) |
Directions:
1. In blender container, combine soy milk, orange juice, frozen cherries, carrot, tofu, and if desired, honey. Cover and blend until smooth. |
