Just what I threw together for breakfast one morning. Ingredients:
1/4 cup frozen blueberries |
1/4 cup frozen blackberrie |
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1 tablespoon honey |
2 tablespoons oat bran |
1/2 cup ice |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend. |
