I love this drink! I have it everyday for breakfast - a great way to get your calcium and fruit for the day! Ingredients:
1 cup 1% low-fat milk |
1/2 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt |
1/2-1 banana (depending on how thick you want your smoothie) |
4 fresh strawberries |
3 tablespoons orange juice |
2 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 2. Enjoy! |
