Found in the 2007 cookbook, More Smoothies for Life, I've tweaked it slightly by using a lower fat milk & cottage cheese - A great drink that helps boost your immune system! Ingredients:
2 cups 2% low-fat milk |
1 cup orange juice |
2 bananas, frozen |
1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese |
1 teaspoon artificial sweetener |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender & puree until smooth! 2. Pour into 2 tall glasses & ENJOY! |
