I made this when I was trying to use up stuff in the refrigerator and it came out pretty good. I used frozen cherries but I think it would be a lot more nutritious using frozen strawberries or other berries. Ingredients:
1 cup frozen berries (i used cherries but any dark frozen berries would be work out wonderfully) |
1 1/2 cups orange juice |
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup ice cube |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender. 2. Blend until thick. |
