                    Breakfast Scrambled eggs with veggies Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/2 teaspoon olive oil  |  
                                                1 small zucchini, chopped  |  
                                                1/4 small onion, chopped  |  
                                                1 medium egg  |  
                                                2 egg whites  |  
                                                4 cherry tomatoes, diced  |

                                1. chop zucchini and cook in olive oil 2. chop onion and add to aucchini 3. mix together 1 egg and 2 egg whites and add to pan 4. when halfway cooked, add cherry tomatoes 5. add salt and pepper to taste                              |
