Breakfast Sausage & Egg Quiche |

you can just heat up a piece and go and its a change to having to cook a big breakfast when you don't have the time Ingredients:
1 lb owens breakfast sausage |
3 cups fat free egg substitute |
12 ounces low-fat cheddar cheese |
1/2 onion, diced |
1/2 bell pepper, diced |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400*. 2. Chop onions and bell peppers until diced to your liking. 3. Heat skillet with cooking spray and add diced onions and bell peppers. 4. Cook until slightly soft. 5. Add breakfast sausage to sauted vegetables and cook well until no longer pink. 6. Drain and set aside. 7. In a large bowl mix together egg substitute and cheese and stir until combined. Add cooked sausage and veggies into bowl and mix together well. 8. Spray a 9 pie plate with cooking spray and pour in mixture. 9. Bake approxiametly 45 minutes to 1 hour or until set. Slice and enjoy. |
