Breakfast Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Hot Dish |

Toast, eggs, sausage, and cheese in a tasty hot dish Ingredients:
6 slices bread |
10 eggs, medium |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1/2 pound ground pork |
4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
1/8 tsp mustard |
Directions:
1. Take approx 1/2 pound of ground pork sausage (i.e. 4 sausage patties, I use maple flavored) and cook as normal. 2. Toast 6 slices of bread and place onto lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish. 3. Scramble 10 eggs and mix with 1.5 cups milk. Add in salt, pepper, and mustard to taste as desired. Add in crumbled sausage and mix evenly. Pour over toast. 4. Add cheese as desired over top of dish, and set overnight. 5. Heat at 350 in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until cooked. |
