Lighten up with this sage flavored turkey sausage. Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon ground sage |
1 small onion, diced |
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs |
1 tablespoon oil |
Directions:
1. Mix together the first seven ingredients in a bowl. 2. Cover and chill overnight. 3. Form into patties and fry slowly in the oil until brown on each side. |
