Lighten up with this sage flavored turkey sausage.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground sage
1 small onion, diced
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon oil
Directions:
1. Mix together the first seven ingredients in a bowl.
2. Cover and chill overnight.
3. Form into patties and fry slowly in the oil until brown on each side.
