1/2 tub(s) cream cheese chopped |
4 cooked chicken sausages |
olive oil |
8 eggs |
1/3 cup(s) half-and-half |
1 tablespoon(s) butter |
1 cup(s) shredded swiss cheese |
1 24inch banquette |
Directions:
1. Mix cream and chives 2. Split sausages and cook until done 3. Whisk eggs, half and half, salt and pepper, cook 1 minute add cheese and stir until done 4. Split baquette, lightly toast and assemble sandwich, serve with hot sauce |
