Easy, microwaveable breakfast sandwich. Much better for you than McDonalds and just as good. Ingredients:
1 egg, whole |
1 egg white |
2 slices reduced calorie bread |
1/2 oz 2% cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Toast the bread in a toaster. 2. Combine the whole egg plus one egg white in a small container no more than 4 inches in diameter. Cook in the microwave until done (aprox. 60 seconds). 3. Add cheese into egg container and melt cheese for ~20 seconds. 4. Combine for a breakfast sandwich. |
