A nice little breakfast you can actually start the night before. Ingredients:
1 lb. mild breakfast sausage cooked, crumbled, and drained |
2 cans refrigeratored biscuits |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375° F. 2. Flatten each biscuit into about a 4-inch circle. 3. Spread each with a big tablespoon cooked sausage. 4. Roll up and place on baking sheet about 1 inch apart. 5. Bake 10 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. 6. Makes 20 roll-ups. |
