Delightful way of putting all your breakfast goodies into one delicious casserole.
Ingredients:
1 dozen of eggs
1 cup of flour
1 cup of parmesian cheese
cubed cheddar cheese
4oz of shredded cheddar
1/2 # of ham medium diced
2 potatoes small diced
1 small onion diced
1 green pepper diced
1 thawed out dough crust
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Beat 1 dozen of eggs
2. add flour and whisk into eggs thoroughly
3. whisk in parm cheese and salt and pepper
4. saute potatoes til golden brown
5. place thawed dough crust on bottom of baking pan
6. spoon potatoes, ham, onion, & peppers into egg mixture
7. pour mixture onto dough crust
8. place cubed cheddar in rows across dish
9. bake in preheated 350 degree oven, covered until solid.
10. approx 40 to 45 min.
11. when done, sprinkle shredded cheddar on top of casserole
