I wanted a low fat, high protein recipe that I coiuld cook and freeze for my huband to eat in the mornings. I printed off #299726 and made changes. Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons nonfat milk |
1 egg, beaten |
2 tablespoons 2% cheddar cheese |
1 slice turkey bacon, cooked |
1 dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in bowl, pur into muffin pan and bake at 350, 20 - 25 minutes, or until done. |
