Delicious for breakfast, snack, or even dessert! Ingredients:
1 cup oats |
2 cups water |
1/4 cup butter |
1/4 cup canola oil |
1 cup honey |
1 teaspoon orange extract |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/4 cup plain yogurt |
1 1/4 cups pastry flour |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon clove |
1/4 teaspoon sea salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Cook oats in boiling water until tender. 3. Mix in next five ingredients and beat until smooth. 4. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and then stir into batter. 5. Pour mixture into an oiled 9 square pan. 6. Bake at 350 F for 55-60 minutes or until done. |
