I am not a morning person so I made these the night before and reheated for the family for breakfast. Can be frozen individually in bags as well. Can make different varieties such as ham, sausage, and adding veggies
Ingredients:
8-10 eggs ( i love farm fresh)
3 t milk
1 t butter or margarine
10 frozen dinner rolls thawed
1 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
2 c shredded cheddar
Directions:
1. In a bowl beat eggs and milk
2. Melt butter in skillet and cook eggs
3. Set aside
4. Roll each roll into an individual pizza
5. Spoon eggs and bacon on each
6. Top with cheese
7. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes
