This is a favorite morning meal on weekends. You can do sausage, bacon, or both. Be creative.
Ingredients:
2-3 8oz cans butter flavor cresent rolls
8 slices of bacon cooked crispy and crumbled or 1 1/2 cups ground sausage browned
1 1/2 cups hashbrowns thawed not cooked
6-8 eggs beaten
1 package 8oz shredded colby jack cheese
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Lightly spray a 13x9x1in baking pan
3. Roll out cresent rolls in pan, but do not separate them. make sure you pinch all lines closed and all holes are closed. Make sure to also bring some of rolls up on edge of pan to for side crust (that's where the some of the 3rd can may come in, but may not be necessary.)
4. Spread hashbrowns onto crust making sure its spread evenly.
5. Sprinkle crumbled meat on top of hashbrowns.
6. Pour eggs over whole thing. Do not come to high as eggs will rise, but make sure ever part has egg on it. You might have to shimmy it a little.
7. Sprinkle whole bag of cheese over whole pizza.
8. Bake until eggs are no longer jiggly in the middle approx. 20-30 min. depending on oven.
9. Enjoy
