A quick, easy breakfast, especially good for those picky youngsters who will only eat pizza! Ingredients:
1 large flat bread |
1 can spaghetti or pizza sauce |
1/2 lb bacon fried and crumbled |
8 eggs scrambled |
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese (or mozza or ) |
Directions:
1. Put bread in 350F oven for 5 minutes. 2. Remove the bread from the oven and spread with sauce, eggs, bacon and cheese (on top). 3. Bake at 350F until the cheese is melted and bubbling. |
