This a breakfast pizza I came up with awhile back, Everyone loves it. It's quite filling Ingredients:
boboli pizza crust -large |
1 lb bulk country sausage |
10 -12 eggs |
1/2 c water |
salt n pepper to taste |
8 oz mozzerella cheese shredded |
Directions:
1. In skillet brown sausage, till no longer pink, while sausage is browning, whisk eggs in meduim bowl till well mixed, add in water, salt n pepper to taste.Add to browned sausage n cook as you would scrambled eggs.When done put all over the boboli pizza crust, cover with cheese n bake at 450 degrees, till crust is hot n cheese it all melted n bubbly. Make sure to have pizza crust on a baking sheet. 2. Bacon can also be used, some weekends when all teh kids are hom I make 1 of each. Just cook n drain bacon n crumble. |
