The best breakfast pizza. Everyone loves it. Ingredients:
1 boboli crust |
1/2 container of chive and onion spreadable cream cheese |
1 can old el paso green chilie enchilada sauce |
1 cup cooked hash browns |
1/2 lb cooked sausage or bacon |
6 eggs, scrambled |
1 cup shredded cheese |
chopped onion, pepper tomato and/or mushrooms |
Directions:
1. Brown/cook sausage or bacon and hashbrowns according to directions. 2. Scramble eggs, keeping them slightly wet . 3. Spead cream cheese on crust and pour 1/2 can of enchilada sauce over cream cheese. 4. Sprinkle cooked hashbrowns over pizza. 5. Sprinkle eggs over hashbrowns. 6. Pour rest of sause over eggs. 7. Add bacon/sausage, cheese and desired veggies in that order. 8. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes. 9. Cool 3-5 before cutting. 10. Serve immediately. Enjoy! |
