Cresent roll crust breakfast pizza with sausage. Ingredients:
1 pound breakfast sausage |
8 oz pizza dough |
1 c hash brown potatoes, frozen |
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded |
5 eggs |
1/4 c milk |
1/2 t salt |
1/8 t black pepper, ground |
1/4 c parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven t 375 degrees F 2. Place sausage in a large skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Drain and crumble. Set aside. 3. Seperate Cresent roll dough into 8 triangles. Place in an ungreased 12 pizza pan with points toward the center. Press together to form a crust. Bottom of crust should be sealed and outside edge should be slightly raised. 4. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with hash browns and top with cheddar cheese. 5. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over crust. Sptinkle with Parmesan cheese. 6. Bake in preheated oven until eggs are set, about 25 to 30 minutes. |
