I'm always looking for something different to fix & this beats any breakfast casserole! It's easy to make a feeds a crowd. Ingredients:
2 pillsbury refrigerated classic pizza crust |
1 (12 ounce) jar salsa |
1 lb sausage or 1 lb bacon |
18 eggs |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
sour cream (optional) |
jalapeno (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. Press dough onto greased large pizza pan. Bake crust 5-7 minutes until slightly brown. Remove from oven & set aside. Meanwhile, cook meat; drain & set aside. Scramble eggs in large skillet. Spread salsa over pizza crust. Top with meat, eggs & cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted & pizza is heated through. Serve hot & top with sour cream &/or jalapenos (optional). |
