6 inches whole wheat pita bread |
2 large hard-boiled eggs |
1 low-fat mozzarella string cheese |
2 tablespoons hummus |
Directions:
1. 1. Cut up eggs and string cheese into small pieces in small bowl, mixing well. 2. 2. Spread hummus on inside of pita. 3. 3. Spoon eggs and string cheese into pita. |
