salt |
pepper |
shredded cheddar cheese |
8 eggs |
8 potatoes |
1 green pepper |
1/2 lb bacon |
1 small onion |
Directions:
1. Bake potatoes, peel and cut in small pieces. 2. Cut up the bacon and fry. 3. Cut pepper and onion; add to bacon; cook until done. 4. Put in baking pan with potatoes. 5. Cover with 8 beaten eggs and bake until set. 6. Top with cheese. |
