A wonderful breakfast treat. Ingredients:
1 package sausage (any flavor) |
1 9-inch pie shell |
1 1/2 cups grated swiss cheese |
1/4 cup chopped green pepper (optional) |
2 tablespoons chopped onions |
4 eggs, slightly beaten |
1 cup light cream |
Directions:
1. Cook sausage until done. 2. Crumble, and then drain. 3. Mix cheese and sausage. 4. Sprinkle in pie shell. 5. Lightly beat eggs in a bowl. 6. Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture. 7. Pour in shell. 8. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes . 9. Cool on rack 10 minutes. |
