A quick and easy breakfast. Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt |
1/2 cup rolled oats |
2 ounces strawberries |
4 g walnuts |
1 tablespoon honey |
35 g frozen fruit |
Directions:
1. The night before, combine all ingredients in a container; layering the yogurt, fruit, and oats. 2. The next morning, stir in the honey and top with walnuts. |
