Omelette with cheese, salsa, and peppers Ingredients:
2 tbsp egg white |
1 egg |
1/2 cup bell pepper |
1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar |
1/4 tbsp canola oil |
1 tbsp chunky salsa |
Directions:
1. Cook peppers in half the oil and set aside. 2. Scramble egg and whites together, season to taste. 3. pour into oiled pan, wait until set. 4. Add peppers 5. Plate omelet, top with cheese and salsa. |
