High protein, high fiber smoothie. Delicious. Ingredients:
1/4 cup plain yogurt |
1/4 cup raspberries |
1/4 cup strawberries |
1/4 cup peaches |
1/2 banana |
3/4 cup skim milk |
1 tbsp wheat germ |
1 tbsp egg, white, dried, powder, glucose reduced |
Directions:
1. Add all items to blender, along with ice if desired. Blend. 2. Tip: Freeze your fruit beforehand. It will create a thicker smoothie. |
