1 egg |
1 cup brown sugar, packed firm |
1/2 cup margarine, melted |
2 cups quick-cooking oats |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 cup chocolate (optional) or 1 cup peanut butter chips (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and press in a greased 9x9 pan. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. 3. Mixture will harden as it cools. 4. Cut in squares when cool. |
