2 tablespoons salsa verde |
1 tablespoon red taco sauce |
1/2 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese |
oilve cooking spray |
4 egg whites |
salt and pepper |
coarsley chopped tomato |
Directions:
1. scramble eggs, mix cheese and sauces. 2. bake for five minutes top with tomatoes. |
