A new dimension to MUPO Ingredients:
5 lb potatoes (peeled and 1 cubed) |
1 lb breakfast links |
1/8 lb butter |
2 cups milk |
2 cups beef stock |
salt and pepper to taste |
1/2 lb shredded carrotts (optional) |
eggs |
Directions:
1. Heat butter in a large pot 2. roast breackfast links to golden 3. take the breackfast links out and let cool down 4. add beef stock to butter 5. add potatoes, salt and pepper 6. Let steam on medium low covered until fork tender 7. boil carrotts for 2 minutes and drain 8. add milk and mush the mixture 9. adjust taste and moisture level if needed 10. cut breakfast links into 1/4 inch pieces and add to MUPO 11. add carrotts and mix 12. serve with 1 or more eggs any style (optional) |
