1/4 cup oil |
4 corn tortillas, cut or torn in small pieces |
chopped onion |
3 eggs |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in saucepan. 2. Cut tortillas in small pieces and fry until crispy. 3. Make sure you stir them continually so they get toasted evenly. 4. Put in the onion if you like onion, and let it cook a little. 5. Add the eggs and cook until done. 6. You can also add tomatoes, bell pepper cheese and hot chili if you like. |
