These are delicious! Forgive me if I sometimes use the wrong word for cooking equipment - I'm English!! Ingredients:
french bread cut to about 8 long, halved lengthwise and buttered |
4 rashers bacon |
4 sausages |
2 - 3 eggs and a little milk |
cheese - chedder is best but any strong cheese works - grated |
Directions:
1. Fry the sausages and bacon - or use some you saved time with by cooking the evening before 2. Scramble the eggs 3. Halve the sausages 4. On each melt put 2 rashers of bacon and two halved sausages 5. Cover with the scrambled egg 6. Cover with the grated cheese 7. Put under a hot grill (this is where you have to bear with me - what do you guys call what I call a grill?!) until the cheese bubbles and slightly browns. 8. If liked, a bit of Worcester sauce on top of the cheese works a treat |
