Breakfast Loaf

Put the loaf together the night before and wrap it in aluminum foil, then you can just take it from the fridge in the morning and bake it. You may require a little longer baking time if you do it this way
Ingredients:
1 loaf round bread, 8 inches in diameter
4 slices bacon
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
6 eggs, scrambled
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 ounces sliced black olives
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounces mushrooms, sliced and cooked
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Slice the top off of the bread loaf; set aside for lid.
3. Remove interior of the loaf, leaving 1 on all sides and bottom.
4. Layer the following inside the loaf: bacon, red pepper, eggs, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, black olives, tomato, cheese, and mushrooms.
5. Replace the lid and wrap the entire loaf in aluminum foil.
6. Place on a cookie sheet.
7. Bake about 30 minutes or until heated throughout.
8. Cut into 8 wedges.
