A banana is blended with strawberries, milk and yogurt. A delicious way to start the day! Ingredients:
1 banana |
1/4 cup strawberries |
1/3 cup nonfat milk |
1 (8 ounce) container nonfat plain yogurt |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine banana, strawberries, milk and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. |
