Sometimes simpler is better. A great breakfast side dish. Ingredients:
2 tbls. butter |
1 tbls. olive oil |
red potatoes, diced and parboiled |
1 small onion, chopped |
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In skillet, add butter and oil: heat to medium 2. Add remaining ingredients 3. Fry, turning often until golden brown 4. When plated, I love a dash of hot sauce (optional) |
