Breakfast Hash Brown Reubens |

This recipe is made for two but of coarse I have to triple since we are a family of five. Great for left over corned beef. Ingredients:
2 frozen hash brown patties |
1 t butter softened |
2 thick slices corned beef ( can used canned or deli sliced) |
1/2 cup sauerkraut rinsed and drained |
2 t brown sugar |
2 t cinnamon apple sauce |
1/4 c thousand island salad dressing |
1/2 c shredded swiss (i like mozzarella better) |
Directions:
1. Place hash browns on a cookie sheet that is greased 2. Spread butter on potatoes 3. Top with beef 4. In a bowl mix sauerkraut, sugar, and applesauce 5. Spoon over beef 6. Top with salad dressing and cheese 7. Bake 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes |
