A great breakfast smoothie Ingredients:
1 quart camomile tea |
1 (46 ounce) can pineapple juice |
2 bananas |
2 cups yogurt |
1 quart orange juice |
4 limes, juice of |
Directions:
1. Make tea and strain. 2. Combine tea with pineapple juice. 3. Blend bananas and yogurt together till smooth then add tea/pineapple mix, orange juice and lime juice. 4. Serve cold. |
