Ingredients:
10 strip(s) bacon (cooked & crumbled) |
1/4 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
2 cup(s) bran flakes |
1/2 cup(s) butter |
1 egg |
1/2 cup(s) raisins |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
1 cup(s) whole wheat flour |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Add flour and baking soda; mix well. Stir in bacon, cornflakes and raisins. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. 2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks. Store in the refrigerator. |
