For those of us who eat on the run in the morning. Make these up freeze some, keep some in fridge and zap them in microwave for a minute and you are off and running with breakfast in hand. Yummy too Ingredients:
2 cups baking mix (bisquick) |
1 lb sausage |
2/3 cup milk |
12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (1 pkg) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Spray jelly roll pan. 3. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly, 4. Drop by heaping tablespoon onto prepared jelly roll sheet. 5. Bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. 6. Remove from cookie sheet and place on paper towel. 7. Store in covered container in refrigerator. 8. Original recipe says will make 28 but I must make them larger cause usually only get 10 to 12 out of them 9. I make these up for OAMC and freeze some of them for a taste treat throughout the month. |
