A low calorie cookie nutritious enough for Breakfast yet good enough for a snack. Ingredients:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
3/4 cup all-purpose flour |
9 pkts.equal flavored artificial sweetener (i use truvia zero calorie, natural sweetener) |
2/3 cup granola cereal |
1/2 cup parkay margarine (softened) |
1 egg |
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate |
1 tablespoon grated orange peel |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. In large mixing bowl slowly mix the ingredients together in the order listed. 3. Stir until well blended. 4. Drop by level Tablespoons, 2 inches apart onto parchment lined cookie sheet. 5. Gently flatten with either a fork, bottom of a cup or your hand. 6. Bake 10-14 minutes, or until Golden. 7. Remove from oven to wire rack to cool. 8. Store in air-tight container. |
