A smaller hardy breakfast that satisfies the sweet tooth while providing nutrition and fiber. Let it cook while you sleep or start early for a late morning breakfast. Ingredients:
4 medium-sized apples, peeled and sliced |
1/4 cup honey |
1 tsp. cinnamon |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
2 cups granola cereal |
Directions:
1. Place apples in slow cooker and mix in remaining ingredients. 2. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours (overnight) or on high 2-3 hours. 3. Serve with milk. 4. Yield: 4 servings |
