This is a nice recipe to wake up too. The smell of apples and cinnamon. Granola adds goodness and remember the granola wont stay crunchy in this baked in a slow cooker. But it makes a nice warm hearty breakfast. Read more . It is ready when you wake up. I will throw this together if I get company and serve it with the rest of breakfast. Everyone has a choice then. Ingredients:
• 4 medium-sized apples, peeled, sliced |
• 1/4 cup honey |
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon |
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted |
• 2 cups granola cereal |
Directions:
1. Place apples in slow cooker and mix in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours or on high 2-3 hours. Serve with milk. |
