A Donna Hay recipe Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 red onions, chopped |
2 teaspoons paprika |
1 teaspoon ground coriander |
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes |
salt and pepper |
2 (400 g) cans chopped tomatoes |
1 (400 g) can butter beans |
1 (400 g) can cannellini beans |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Place oil, onions, paprika, coriander, chilli, salt and pepper into medium saucepan. 2. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or till onions are soft. 3. Add tomatoes, simmer on low for 15 minutes. 4. Add beans and balsamic vinegar. 5. Cook 5 more minutes till beans are warmed through. 6. Serve with toast. |
