Ingredients:
3 cup(s) cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup(s) chopped green pepper
12 eggs, beaten
3 cup(s) frozen hash browns, thawed
1 pound(s) hot sausage
2 cup(s) milk
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
Directions:
1. Cook sausage until done; crumble and drain. Place hash browns in a lightly greased 13x9x2 baking dish; salt to taste; layer sausage cheese & green pepper. Combine eggs and milk, stirring well. Pour over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
