YUMMY. That's all I can say about that! Ingredients:
1 pound sausage |
6 eggs |
2 cups milk |
1tsp salt |
1 tsp mustard |
2 slices white bread (cubed) |
1 cup grated cheese (cheese & colby jack are personal faves) |
optional: mushrooms, peppers, onions |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage, then drain. 2. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and mustard together. 3. Layer bread cubes, sausage, and cheese in 9 x 13 pan. (if desired, add vegetables) 4. Pour egg mixture over top. 5. Cover w/aluminum foil. 6. Refrigerate overnight. 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, uncovered. |
