Can be made the night before for a quick, filling breakfast or brunch. Ingredients:
1 lb. sausage |
6 eggs, beaten |
1 tsp. salt |
6 slices of bread, cubed, crust removed. |
2 cups milk |
1 tsp dry mustard |
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage , set aside and cool. 2. Beat eggs, add milk & stir in all the remaining ingredients. 3. Stir well. 4. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. 5. Bake Uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 6. May also substitute ham or bacon in place of the sausage for a different taste. |
