3 slices light wheat bread |
1 cup low fat cheddar cheese, grated |
4 ounces cooked ground turkey |
1/4 cup chopped green pepper |
1/4 cup onion, diced |
3/4 cup egg beaters |
1 1/2 cup fat free milk |
Directions:
1. mix bread, onions, pepper, cheese, and turkey sausage. mix egg and milk and pour over top. season as desired. can substitute ham or bacon for turkey sausage. |
