This is an easy, healthy recipe to make if you are serving breakfast for a large group of people. NOTE: This is a basic recipe, so get creative and add some spices or maybe some bell peppers. Ingredients:
5 large egg whites |
3 ounces ham, chopped |
2 1/2 slices whole wheat bread, cubed |
7/8 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup mexican blend cheese, grated |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease an 8x8 casserole dish. 3. Combine the ingredients. 4. Spread evenly in baking dish. 5. Bake for 45 minutes. |
